What should I do if the product I received is damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please log in to your account to view your order, or contact you directly and via email. If you have any questions, you can send an email to cs@healthganics.com

 

We cannot issue any form of collection, damage, or refund unless the order is returned to our undamaged, resale condition warehouse of your country’s customs destruction order. In this case, the refund will be issued only for the cost of the goods; the transportation cost will not be reimbursed. Please note that if the cost of returning a rejected package to our warehouse exceeds the value of the order, we will direct the courier to destroy the package and we will not be able to issue any form of refund.

The item must be returned, unused and in the original box, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
